Our Story
West Racine is where the Infusino’s restaurant family was born in 1972. Where Emilio & Ida, and nephews Pasquale, Gino, Aunt Ida, and Uncle John, and all of the faithful customers enjoyed 10 years of successful business. But with that growth, a location change was needed with a heavy heart we left this locale to open the now beautiful restaurant & banquet hall on Rapids Drive.
Then with a very passionate outcry of our West Racinian’s we decided to come back in 1984 to the open arms and established a satellite location just a block up the road from the original.
With the help of the Irio Family, this location has been a cornerstone of West Racine for many years then with their retirement in 2019 and with the help and support of all the Infusino Family prior mention, it now has a fresh and vibrant new leadership with 3rd generation Marco Infusino & Troy Erhardt as operators. We hope you all enjoy all of our longtime favorites, and try some of our new exciting dishes we have added over the years. We love our Racine family, especially West Racine.
